SOEJI Gandi
Soeji's Gandi cushion, which is softly filled with cotton and coconut fibers, fulfills all your style needs to create a real holiday feeling at home, just like on the beach. It is hand-knotted from durable raffia and is complemented by beautiful fringes. The inlet can be removed using a zipper on the back. Gandi gets its pleasantly light color through an extensive bleaching process under the tropical sun of Java. Adding a pillow to a room is the easiest way to round off the furnishing style and create a cozy atmosphere. About every two years the plant, Raffia (Corypha utan), renews its leaves and sheds the old ones, which are then collected by humans, dried in the sun for a few days to weeks and processed into wickerwork, depending on the desired degree of browning. The relative rarity and the higher processing effort make this material somewhat more expensive compared to other plant fibers.
